We’re a mobile healthcare company providing medical services for both individuals and businesses. We also have a few drive through medical centers and a new brick and mortar location in Tribeca NYC.

We offer Covid-19 RT-PCR with results in under 3 hours, antigen and antibody tests with results in around 30 minutes.

We are currently rolling out new services that include blood draws, allergy testing, IV drips, telehealth, complete physicals and sick visits for adults and children.

Though we accept walk-ins, we want you to have the most expedited experience with us. That said, we recommend making an appointment prior.

You’ve probably seen this if using your primary care physician, CVS, Walgreens or an Urgent Care. Our labs are on-site, so our PCR tests are all run in-house. We believe in a point-of-care testing model, meaning your results are top priority and we look to get those delivered quickly for peace of mind.

Below is a list of the insurances that we currently accept. If your insurance isn’t listed then we suggest you call your provider to see if you can submit an out-of-network claim for reimbursement. In this case, you would be required to book a “self-pay” test and pay on-site. The superbill we provide you would then be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement.

Results are sent electronically via email. We provide you a test report or “superbill” as a PDF. The report notes all of Health Rover’s pertinent lab info such as CLIA #, NPI, Medical Director, diagnosis code, CPT code, self-pay, or insurance and then of course which test you received and the result of your test. All of the information is what’s needed for travel purposes or when submitting an out-of-network claim to your insurance provider.

Yes, RT-PCR tests are accepted but we ask that you do your research and know exactly which test you need. Some countries require a Nasopharyngeal sample versus a nasal sample in which case we would run your test on our Cepheid Realtime PCR machine.

A reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) diagnostic test can show if you have an active coronavirus infection. RT-PCR tests detect the virus’ genetic material and are considered the gold standard for COVID-19 testing. The RT-PCR test is more likely to pick up an active infection in someone who is asymptomatic.

We offer the Rapid Antigen test from Abbott BinaxNow and BD Veritor+. This is a nasal swab with results 15 minutes after we collect a sample. Antigen tests are commonly used in the diagnosis of respiratory pathogens, including influenza viruses and respiratory syncytial virus. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted emergency use authorization (EUA) for antigen tests that can identify SARS-CoV-2. Antigen tests are not typically recommended for asymptomatic patients.

We offer the RightSign Covid-19 antibody test by Premier Biotech. The Covid-19 antibody test looks for prior infection by checking for IgG and IgM antibodies in your blood. A small blood sample is collected by finger stick and a positive / negative result is what we provide. A positive test does not guarantee immunity to the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Test results are typically available in 20 minutes

IgG/IgM by Rightsign – this test is a finger stick that looks for prior infection by checking for igG and igM antibodies. A positive or negative result is delivered in 30 minutes.

Our staff has been trained to swab children of all ages. We ask for the parent’s cooperation in the case that their child is unsettled. In a situation where a child is being uncooperative, we’ll sometimes have the parent administer the swab under supervision. Our tests are approved for self-administration. Both RT-PCR and antigen tests are nasal swab so they’re not uncomfortable and just “tickle” a bit as we like to say.

We charge a $25 fee for any cancellation. We don’t overbook time slots to ensure that you have a quick experience at our testing centers. When you book an appointment, that time is yours and can’t be booked by someone else.
